hoowwaa pc133 ram cheap! should I get more?

i haven't been checking hdware prices for very long time.
I just checked out some ram price and pc133 are dirt cheap!.
I bought my pc133 256 around $100.
I guess everyone's using ddr now ?
i'm still running p3 700@1gig, 256mb pc133 win98.
should I get another stick to go 512mb?

No everyone is'nt using DDR yet (wait till nforce). They have some nice benchmarks over at crucial.com showing the performance increase with different anounts of ram for several mobos. Natually it's a dimmishing returns thing the first 256 mb you see a big improvment but after that it's lower. the best seems to be about 512 price/performance.
