Just got done seeing an advanced screening of hoot and let me tell you this is one super movie. Three lovable children fall in love with these owls (who are magical) only to find out a pancake company is going to put a pancake shop on their nests. UH OH OWL PANCAKE LOL!
Springing into action these adorable protagonists use kidnapping and vandalism to help the adults see the light. Using violence to insight change, there is a word for that, I think it's called caring about the environment. I left this movie feeling super empowered. Even though I'm only 14 I felt like I could make a difference. So I took some bricks and smashed out the windows at a local WalMart (who probably would have killed the owls if they were in the movie) and also they put the little stores out of business :|.
Go see Hoot.
