Well... yes the mill workers are union but engineers and management are not. Us salary folk haven't had awesome bonuses the past couple years, but we did this time so we're happy.

Might be getting an Acer Iconia tablet from Best Buy. They're giving $100 gift cards with it which for me would be $100 off eventually. Also found a nice keyboard/case combo which turns it into a Transformer type tablet:
