Had hotel reservations for Monday and Tuesday night, but my GF and I decided to go early and stay Sunday night too (driving to the beach). Called and they changed the reservations, waived the $25.00 fee, and gave me a cheaper rate on the rooms. Two days was going to be $201.13 at the old rate and now three days is only $270.99.

congrats. I prefer expedia to travelocity.
from what i gathered by my past experience from dealing with Travelocity, it seems like they outsource their call center to india too (not really sure though) because everyone i spoke with i could NOT understand at all and were very rude and lazy. IF i wanted anything done, i had to call the airlines/hotel myself.

Yeah that was something that was cool too. I called last night at 11 and it sounded like I was speaking to someone that was states-side. No communication problems at all.
