In your manual, (sheet) under conections the temp probe end is drawn. Connections fig. 1 Put that anywhere you want a temp reading except between the cpu and the heatsink.

Ah, thanks. I saw that but I wasn't sure where exactly I put it. Is there a slot or something?

Also, I haven't found anything that looks like a power connection.

Sorry, I'm really a neophyte with this.

No slots, the best place to get the temp for a cpu is between the chip and heatsink and that you just can't do. There is no other place to get an accurate reading for cpu temp. I have 3 in my setup, one measures the intake air temp, and the other two are in my waterloops. I would use that one to find any hotspots in the case, move it around to see if there are any locations inside the case when closed that need more cooling.
That probe wire should have a female socket on the othe end that plugs onto pins at the back of the temp display. The display should have a molex to connect to thePSU to power it and you have a pair of fan plugs to the display, in your "manual" Figure 3 is what I refer to. The CPU fan plugs into the male connector (pic A) the female (pic B) plugs into your board where the CPU fan normally does. From your manual I would guess that this won't be compatible w/ a PWM fan (4 wire like the stock Intel).

I noticed this at the bottom of your manual,

I would help more if I could but not being there I am just guessing.

Overlooked the phone number, thanks for that. I didn't see a molex to connect anything to anything, so I was really confused. I guess I'll just call them up.

Thanks a lot for your help! I probably would've stuck that probe right between the chip and the heatsink.
