Hooking up my LED lights/Reset Switch..... Question

Each Cable im connecting has an arrow on it to represent which side is positive and which side is negative. Does this arrow marked on the cable represent the positive or the negative???? Im using the Antec Sonata II and a MSI K8N SLI Motherboard.

All help is appreciated.
