So I plugged in a CRT monitor into my laptop's VGA port. It started out nice and fine. I saw the boot-up, I saw the Windows XP loading screen and right when my cursor came up - BAM! Black Screen. The monitor just says "Please Check Signal FH:NO SYNC FV:NO SYNC".
Now how do I fix this problem? Is it my video hardware? Is it my video drivers? Or is it plain old Windows XP's fault?
My machine's a Toshiba Satellite Notebook A15/S129, processing on a 2.40GHz Celeron Processor with a 240MB RAM. It's running Windows XP Professional without any service packs.
Please help me out guys. Really appreciate it. Thanks.
