Hooking up cases hd light to a Promise ATA66 contoller

How do I do it? I know there are the 3 little prong things but I can't get it to work when I plug my cases hd light in it only has 2 pins so I tried to plug it in 2 then the other 2 but it didn't seem to work. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?
 
Mine has 4 prongs but 2 of them are clearly labeled HD LED. The polarity of the connector does have to be correct. I think with mine the writing on the LED is turned upwards towards the card itself. If I turn it the other way....no led action.
