Hooking the DFI Lanparty up to an EPS12V Supply

I'm just building my new comp now and would like a little advice. I have the DFI Lanparty nF4 board and I'm using the Antec TruePower 2 EPS12V server class power supply. Now this is a 24 pin power supply with a 12v connector and also an 8 pin connector that I can't use on this mobo. Question is should I connect both the 24pin cable and the 4pin 12v connector or just the 24 pin connector. Also there is also a 5v molex connector on the mobo for extra juice.
