Hoods Placed On Figures in Seattle Sculpture to Protest Prisoner Abuse

The Story

A vandal stole a part of the sculpture and ran away. I think it's safe to assume he was an angry chickenhawk. I can only assume he was unable to respond with more art or even with a sensible criticism. Like many chickenhawks, he was probably only able to lash out in anger.
