Hong Kong Airport transfer question

Just curious how easy it is to transfer between flights of different carriers in Honk Kong?

Example: Let's say I take Air China from [insert city here that Air Canada doesn't fly to] to Honk Kong - lands at 4:25pm. Then catch a connecting flight on Air Canada to Vancouver that departs at 6:10pm.
