alrighty, my neighbor bought a couple of bottles of Honey Mead because he (like I) likes to brew his own beer and is considering making a honey mead. He called me over, b/c I have done a couple of meads before, though I am hardly an expert. At least we agreed that the storebought meads both tasted like sh!t!!!!!. To bad for him, b/c they cost about 30 bucks total and were less than a .75 liters. Well, we got to talking and I think we have a recipe that should give him a better tasting mead (less sweet, dryer flavor). We then walked over to my house, and we sampled the 3 beers I have on tap at the moment while he tried to guess the ingrediants. THEN the conversation got onto tequilia.... oh boy...

anyways, now I am checking my baseball stats and thought I would extend a cheers and beers to ATOT!

hmmm... I'm building a new house shortly. I've always had an interest in home brewing (my brother does so avidly). Maybe I'll set aside some garage space, wall it in and make a brewery\wine cellar....
