Honey Gold

I've used the Honey Firefox extension for ~2 years and around 10 days ago I went to "redeem" my Honey Gold, which is points you accumulate when making online purchases. Never did that before. It said I could redeem and get a $30 gift card and I chose Amazon for that. It said I'd get the card in 24 hours or so. But I don't see anything, didn't see an email from Honey or Amazon and going to my Amazon account I don't see a gift card. Honey indicates I have only 106 Gold points, so the $30 worth are gone. I seem to be missing something. Ideas?

Check your Junk? Make sure your Honey account is using the proper e-mail addy? Contacting their Customer Support is probably the only thing to do otherwise.

Yup, that worked. Resent the card they presumably sent to me on Dec. 1, I got it immediately, hit the link, grabbed the code, went to Amazon, applied it and I have New gift card balance: $30.

Hmm. I missed their email from Dec. 4 with the gift card link.
