Ok, that thing is pretty f'n sweet, but damn people are lazy enough already. Our appendages are going to atrophy into nothingness. There's gotta be some negative health repercussions from overuse of something like that. People need to move their bodies.

Time for genetic engineering to get off its ass and get going so we can wipe out that problem of muscles deteriorating from lack of use. :)
Since availability of food doesn't seem to be an issue, at least for the first world:\, needing to save energy on maintaining costly muscle mass isn't really a problem anymore.
