Honda Shadow?

I wanna buy a bike in the spring .. I would like one of these cause Harleys are too expensive .. I'm looking at the 750, anyone know much about this bike? I'm also considering a GS500e ... but that might be too sporty for my testes .. I totally want a cruiser though.

Not a bad bike at all. I had a Yamaha VStar 650 Classic. It too wasn't a bad bike (although I probably would have gotten the Shadow if I had to do it again) but on the highway it seemed wheezy and out of breath at around 70mph. Definitely an around-town or out-on-a-country-road type of bike. IMO I wouldn't go with any less than a 1200cc bike for a cruiser. Unless you're strapped for cash in which case the Honda you just mentioned would be fine. Or if this is your first bike. If it is, then you don't want too much power until you can handle it.

You don't think 750 is enough? Anything else is out of my price range .. well, even this is ... but....
