The tires were balanced with nuts and bolts. It is NOT fake

This commercial is really been bounced around the internet lately. The first time I saw it was a while ago, but now I've had 3 friends send me links to this commercial recently and see it all over the message boards.

They had nuts and bolts on the top of the tire. When the tire was bumbed, the weight of the nuts&bolts "pulled" the tire uphill. But only for few centimeters (which was enough)

Did you try....oh....honda? 8th in the search results.

And a locked thread right below that result.

And, then again about 5 results further down.

This is the first time that I've seen this.

I think the repost nazis need to realize that not everyone spends the majority of their waking moments surfing ATOT. Just because someone with an average post count of 22+ per day!!! has seen it, doesn't mean everyone (or even the majority) has.

/looks at PPD ... Hey, I'm almost at 13.37 posts per day. :D

I understand that most people have lives outside AT, but the "Search" function is there for a reason. Also, OT is pretty much a "post at your own risk" thing when it comes to this. I always assume that if I'm about to post something, it's been done at least six times before and I'll get swarmed by the Repost Nazis. Which is why I attempt to employ search.

Well...this is like the 5th or 6th repost that *I've* seen. And simple search for 'Honda' would have found 3 of them right off the bat!

I've seen this on at least 3 different message boards, had it IM'ed to me at least 4 times, and it's been posted in OT at least half a dozen times. It's not like I vaguely remember seeing this two years ago or something.

Ok, so let's say the guy didn't go a good enough search... SO WHAT??? It's a repost, big deal.

The repost nazis will say that they scream "REPOST" because reposting is a waste of bandwidth. But how much of a waste is the stupid game where each person posts a letter of the word?

Truthfully, what they are doing is trying to point out that they knew something before the other guy. Not too dissimilar than the way my 5 and 8-yr old boys act.

And EVEN STILL... Had Winchester not posted this, I (and many others) wouldn't have seen it. So, where's the harm?

So, you hang out at "at least" 3 msg boards and you still have time for a 22+ PPD count?

Wow.

Like I said... I (and many others) hadn't seen it before this thread. I'm sorry if you have, but the world doesn't revolve around you.

Again... What's the harm in a repost every now and then?
