hard drive died, and now i lost the video. I've searched the archives, and most of the links seem to be dead, and the best thing i can find with google is a 4mb flash file. I want the uber hi-res version that i had before, i believe it was around 50mb. I found it on eMule, but i'm on dial-up (yeah it still exists), and that's gonna take forever, i've been downloading for about 2hrs and all i have is a whooping 22kilobytes. Anyone have a direct link to where i can get it?? please!! maybe someone that has it can put it up on an ftp server, and PM me the addy??

damn, I used to have this and I can't find it anymore either, If I find it, I'll let you know. Great commercial BTW.

It's on eMule, but i'm on dial-up, so it's not worth waiting 5 days just to download 50mb. I'll try to get it whenever i go to a friends house
 
Well that part where the tires go up that ramp is very fake IMO. Tires arent light and by barely getting bumped from whatever hit them showed too much travel so I dont believe it. If I could see the high rez version then I might be able to determine if its real or not.
 
Yes, it's all real. The tires were top weighted to roll up the ramp when touched. They had many "missfires" while setting up the commercial. 😀

They're counterweighted- weight in the top part, balanced perfectly on the beam. They get bumped, the counterweight makes it creep up the incline.

Yes- it is all real. There is one place about in the middle where two scenes were spliced together, since the studio wasn't big enough.
 
Ya I understand the counterweight concept so I guess its understandable. But does that commercial actually air being that long?
 
This clip is not just real, but filmed as one entire take. It just took 606 tries to get it right though. Here's an article explaining different parts of this commercial.

from what I remember for the first 10 says it will be a full version, after that split up into 30 sec. versions
 
Ya forgot about the muffler, I would suspect some motor thing inside of it for those last 3 rolls but I guess it could be that counter weight thingy again.
 
well, i'm downloading the h-res version from eMule...i've got about 15mb from the 48mb.
