LOL

That should be BAR F-1, as in BAR Racing. But still funny. Amazing what a simple typo can do.

The so-called intelligent night vision system technology, a world first, will be available as an option on the new Honda Legend luxury sedan, to be launched in October.

I dunno, being a die hard motorcycle enthusiast/owner, I can think of only one type of vehicle in the entire world that I'd rather drive than a motorcycle. And he drove it.
Besides, a 200hp bike is pretty close in comparison to a GP bike, or closer than the fastest car I've driven(which isn't much) to an F1 car. :)

that is the GP bike the V5.. that Nicky Hayden rides..
RC211V racing bike = Grand Prix bike..

other wise it woulda been CBR1000RR or CBR600RR which Honda races in world superbike and AMA

LOL. Has anyone else noticed that some of the in car camera shots of Jenson Button show his helmet covering the 1 part of BAR F1? I've seen this a bunch of times this year while watching the races. You see Button's head and right in front of his helmet on the inside of the car it says BARF in big letters.

I was referring to personal experience. A GP bike, we could probably come pretty darn close to building up ourselves(not to mention we ride something that's probably 60-70% the capability of one anyways), an F1 car on the other hand...
Given one chance to choose between the two would be a no brainer. :)

To me the Bike is way more impressive than an F1 car =)
ever seen this bike close up.. all carbon fiber and titanium and aluminum... no weight wasted... the bike is computer tuned and limited for each track... you literally load and limit the engine and the govenor for each track via computer profile...
the bike is capable of 240 rwhp... and it weighs less than a 600rr...
the bike is a work of art...

Nicky said the bike is a beast it will spin its rear tire or wheelie through the entire gear box with the govenor set to its most leniant setting.

i just want to take a few laps on it =) or let me do a 10 mile power wheelie on it =-)

Umm, take all of that X 5 and you have a F1 car. 920hp at 19,000rpm+ in about 1500 pounds. Capable of maximum braking of -5Gs and lateral cornering close to that.

An emergency stop in a 911 Turbo is a tab over -1Gs, the same braking force when a F1 car lifts off the throttle.

Sorry but i hate cars... I dont even own one...
Bikes environmentally safer... we get to use the HOV lanes.. 6dollars a week on gas...
and the biggest reason... why this bike is cooler than that car.....

have you ever seen an F1 car ride a 20 mile wheelie while changing lanes and going around curves to avoid traffic :)
Nope but i see bikes do it.. but this one would do it in 6th gear without using the clutch =P

i don't hate cars, i hate idiot drivers. but im a fan of both.

and wheelies dont impress me, nor do these high horsepower motogp bikes. the riders impress me because they can handle them though. :Q

in fact you could say that i would prefer that they go back to the dino age two-strokes like the NSR500 even if they are slower than the bikes now. :D

EDIT: oh and i have never seen a gp bike drift around a corner like F1 cars do, other than gary mccoy who most likely will highside it... :Q ;) :p

I wouldn't say F1 cars "drift" around corners...
