I mean the car still runs fine and all but the indicator turned orange. Is that indicator milage dependent or is something wrong with my car's engine?

It does that every 3000-5000 miles (I forget) to remind you to change the oil.
Stick your key in the little slot next to the indictaor to reset it.

I'd post a picture, but I'd get banned in a split second. You'll just have to figure out where to insert your "key" on your own. ;)

Seriously, there should be a small slot next to that little indicator that you can push the key into and reset it. It ought to be somewhere on your instrument panel. At least that's how it is on my 2000 Civic.
