Here's the link

The biggest news (besides the new models) is probably the 2 new Civic trim levels, the DX VP (adds A/C and audio) and LX-S (alloy wheels and a spoiler) along with the general styling refresh (no pics yet that I've seen).

NVM

Link works,

It looks GREAT, I am going to let my dad know about the LX-S (hopefully Canada gets it too) and if it is priced well that would be awesome

I hope that they're incorrect about only offering bluetooth hands-free to navi-equipped cars only for the Civic.
"Bluetooth HandsFreeLink added to Navigation-equipped models"
Other than that, I'm sad to see the Fiji Blue color discontinued.
can't wait for pics - Honda really kept things hidden

As the owner of a new '08 Fit, the only thing I'm really broken up about is the orange color available now even on the base model. I got a Vivid Blue one so it's still pretty, but for me, the flashier the color, the better.

finally putting in bluetooth in the civic...and finally giving the SI Foglights (standard)...one of the things i dislike about honda,is they way they structure they packages and price points. If you want bluetooth..you have to get Navigation...good lord....

I agree. I was interested in the Civic hybrid, but I might wait for the 2009 Prius now.

I'm not smug, I just don't like having a black, white, or silver car like everyone else. I prefer bright colors.

Besides, if I wanted to show off, I wouldn't have bought a Fit.

Also, I finally saw an orange Fit yesterday and I didn't like the shade of orange. Too dark.

so since i have the first right of refusal for the 2009 model.

Should I get a Civic EX-L with Navi, or Civic Hybrid-L with Navi or the Si with Navi?

hummmmm.... Though the Hybrid-L with Navi sounds really appetizing to me. Luxury + comfort + gas mileage = FTW!

What do you mean by right of refusal?

Before you jump on the nav, do you know if it's a dvd system? If so, you need to consider the price for updated maps. I didn't when I got my TL, and was shocked to learn that they get $150 for it.

well i have a deposit down for a 2009 model at the dealer, when the car comes they contact me saying 'do you want it or not'... that deposit goes towards my down payment. The navi unit is DVD based (the ones in the 2008 model, i believe 09 is the same).

If your TL uses the same DVD version as the 2009 model civic, its yours.. 😉

Ahhh, I get it now. If you don't mind my asking, what sort of price quote did you get? Do you have a price list with the options listed? You can answer me in a PM if you don't want everyone to know.

And thanks for the offer of the DVD, but it won't be same. I can't even use the disk from a later TL, which sucks to no end.

Man you guys get such nicer pricing than we do up north..

After quick look on Honda.com site I notice the LX no longer has alloys and has the same old wheel covers like my 2002 Civic 😉. LX-S has the same old rims from 2006-2008 LX EX models. New EX and EXL models have the rims similar to the Honda Accord.
