I probally spelled that wrong, depending on how you spend it. I've been having this for lunch the last few weeks, and wondering if it is a healthy choice or not?

Have it with 2 slices of Pita bread

Dude!!! I love hummus!!! One of my favorite foods ever. I've been having a craving for it for the past month ever since I came back from DC. It's basically crushed chick peas, some olive oil and some other sauces. It's not bad for you at all. And it tastes great. godd@mn path mark doesn't carry it. I can't find it in any shopping centers. GRRR... can anyone suggest a place in NY/NJ to buy some?
