darn it, I do that all the time... hit enter to go to the next field instead of tab, the pages used to come back with an error when you did that... not anymore.

Anyway, ideas?

1. Request an employee to work overtime?
2. Requesting an employee to do tasks such as "United Way Chairperson"
3. Requesting an employee to mentor a new employee?

request = action. Like a purchase requisition. Request for proposal, request for quote (RFP/RFQ)

directive = goal

That should be pretty straight forward.

-edit- the RFP/RFQ is a straight winner for ya. Normally a RFP is a formal process saying "I formally request a proposal and desire to engage in products/services to meet a directive that has been given to me."
