I think I found the ultimate cheap way to eat breakfast and it's pretty quick too... Here's my recipe. Next time you're at the grocery store... buy a bag of english muffins ($1.44), a dozen eggs ($.99), and some american cheese slices ($1.99). If you can find the stuff cheaper, go for it. You'll also need a splash of milk, but most peeps have that in their fridge.
Slice an english muffin and put it in a frying pan (nonstick) with no oil or butter... Let it heat up on both sides and try to toast the inside sliced part.
All you have to do is grab a glass or porcelein bowl. Crack an egg open and beat it in the bowl with a fork. Add about 1/2-1oz of milk and continue to beat the egg. Sprinkle a dash of salt and pepper on top. Then throw it in the microwave for 45 seconds. Use the fork to punch holes in the egg to keep it from fluffing up too much. You'll want to add 20 second increments until your egg patty gets to the right consistancy. Some microwaves may take up to 2 mins, but the glass will continue to cook the egg after it heats up in about 30 seconds.
Once the egg is the right consistancy, use the fork to extract the egg and place it on the english muffin and put one slice of cheese on top....then add the top of the muffin. Nuke it for 20 seconds on the serving plate to melt the cheese just a little and you're ready to consume with coffee or juice.
Aside from the carbs in the muffin and the cholesterol in the egg, the cheese is the worst thing for you in this, and it's not all bad.
