Homemade chili

..big chunks of broiled turkey breast (Foster Farms)..better then beef..ground turkey's good too. 🙂

This isn't really a big secret, pretty much all people who know how to make good chili know this already, but steak strips > ground beef.

i use both, cround beef and stew beef, ummm sooo good

I grow various peppers outside. When I pick them, I dry them in the oven over night. After that I grind them down and put them in a jar.

I add that.
Oh, and I DONT add beans.

that dudes parents from that one south park episode
on a serious note, i heard human beef > cow beef

50/50 hot pork sausage / lean ground beef w/ a little sugar

Try lentil or other bean types besides kidney.

Shredded pork is good too.

zucinni or however you spell it. Makes a great meaty like filling if you dont have enough meat, plus it grabs flavors really well.

i prefer it made with dry beans over canned beans (soaked of course and simmered longer than you would with canned beans)

I don't have anything in particular to add, but I do LOVE spicy chili. There is nothing better than eating spicy chili in a homemade pillow fort...mmmmmm...
