Homeless guy took over the rear of my apartment. He has move the dumpster and has blocked off the rear entrance so now we have to walk around building to take out the trash or move large objects to the back. He has moved a couch and has sheets on all the fences surrounding him, and has padlocked his cart to the gate. When is was raining he left his camp for a while and I broke his pad lock, moved the dumpster to where it belongs and put all his shit in the trash. He came back and now has even more shit piled up back there. Called the cops last night, and he is back this morning. Is it legal for me to put sprinkler back there and turn it on at night, manager is coming over to rig something up. Wish I had a brick of m80s or something to throw back there at night, it is starting to stink.

Update 1-10-08
Looks like he moved into the rear of the apartments next to mine.
The immediate area has turned into a cornucopia of bum goodies. There is a grocery store across the street that installed a recycling center and since they did that there has been a migration of homeless flocking to the area. Before they would hang out more by the freeway/off ramp bushes.
So they have within a quarter mile:
Ralphs Grocery store & recycling center= money, panhandling, and shopping carts.
Large cluster of apartments in rich area with large ally behind them= lots of bottles, cans, plastic, and furniture.
Lots of restaurants=Dumpster Food
Here is him having breakfast this morning.
