Homedepot.com WTF?!?

I ordered a microwave online last week and it was severely dented. I reorder another one and when I open up the box, there's a TV inside that someone just dumped in with broken styrofoam. How can something like this get through quality control? Someone obviously saw the order because the receipt was inside the box.

Now, I've been sitting here waiting on hold for over 60 minutes waiting for a CSR.

They don't have it in the store. Its a hard to find microwave/convection oven/toaster.

The TV is some Sharp 20" CRT DVD/VCR player.

I was thinking the same thing but the TV looks like a return. It's been dumped into a box and just covered with styrofoam. I'm sure there's something wrong with it but more importantly, I don't need a 20" TV.

Next time buy at a local merchant. You pay 5% more (BFD) and you don't have this kind of headache.

Dude, trust me. Amazon doesn't have it. I was considering ordering from them. The next day I went back to the same page and it was gone. The page is cached somewhere but they don't have the product. Only HD had it for a good price. I didn't think I could go wrong ordering from them but its been a nightmare. Plus, they are completely separate from B&M HD. I can't return it to a store even though I want to.

No. Amazon's site is wrong. They had the one I wanted, same model number and everything. In fact, it was slightly cheaper than HD. Then the next day the link was down. I couldn't find it. It was still cached on my PC though. That page you have is new, its also not sold by Amazon but another retailer. The price is more expensive and the picture is wrong.

1hr 58m 55s and still waiting.
