Another batch today... Kolsch baby. This one is for the flaver-phobes; although i hope its tasty enough to satisfy hopmongers like me.
10 gal batch
16 # Maris Otter Pale Malt
1 ounce saaz (3% alpha) @ 60 minutes
1 ounce halertauer (3% alpha) @ 10 minutes
.5 ounce hauertaler (3% alpha) @ 5 mintues
WYEAST Kolsh yeast
Plain and simple.
