Got another batch going tonight.

1 lb 40L Crystal
1 lb Caramunich
1 lb Aromatic Belgium

1 ounce nugget hops at 60 minutes
1 ounce saaz hops at 15 minutes
1 ounce saaz hops at 1 minute


OG : 1.062

Pitched ontop of the ESB yeast cake from the batch I brewed last weekend.

yup. had a great time. Lots of great beers. Belgiums styles (dubbels and trippels) seemed to be more common... or maybe it was just me seeking those styles out. Not sure!

This year I did not keep notes... and guess what? I got a really poor recollection of the specific beers and breweries!
