Homebrew Report #250986

I still haven't manned up and tried an all-grain brew yet, it will probably be a while. I've got 40 empty bottles, so it's beer time again. I'm thinking about a lager, but I've got to scope out some fridge space first. If I can't get the fridge space, I may go with an IPA.

you better get brewing!

sounds good. do you have a fridge for fermentation or are wisconsin summers mild enough that your basement stays fairly cold?

If it's an ale, I've got it narrowed down to a few options based on kits from Midwest (I'll probably assemble the ingredients locally though).

Rasberry Red Ale (I like Pete's version of this, plus we'll have rasberries sometime soon here, but I'll more than likely have to wait a month for a good crop)

Honey nut brown Ale

Standard IPA

Then of course there's lagers if I can get the fridge space.
