Homebrew Report #250977: Since its St. Patrick's day

got an APA in the carboy now, bottling this weekend. tasted great when i took a gravity reading the other day.

(in the second pic... ever have any problem with the airlocks getting clogged? looks like there's not much headspace there)

yeah, that happens sometimes, but that particular batch is a 1.050 or so beer so no big deal. Anything over 1.060 gets a blow off tube.

I'm jealous of the kegerator. Some day I'll switch to kegging. Until then I'll stick with the trusty bottles.

Switch as soon as you can. I cannot believe I waited so long. Going to kegging is by far the one thing you can do to make brewing easier.
