Style: Kolsch
Ingrediants:
14 # LME
2 ounce Tettenang
1 ounce Saaz @ 60 min
1 ounce Splat @ 10 min
1 ounce Hallertaur @ 5 min


pitched on top of the yeast cakes left in my primary from previous batch (see Homebrew Report 250973 the the good stuff was bubbling within an hour.

nope. much of ends up in the gullets of my friends and neighbors. 😉
