I got 15 gallons of hard cider started yesterday. 10 gallons are just plain cider (semi-sweet hopefully), and 5 gallons is a raspberry-apple cider. I will let you know if 4 months how they taste.

I'm getting ready to do 5 gallons of my house brown ale. Have some pics from Saturday's big brew day.

I wanna get a house so bad. Then I'll have space for all the equipment I'll need to do it. I want to get started and start making some Oatmeal Stouts. MMMM.....

Ahh, cider and mead take up much less room than beer. Though beer can be managed in a small space too. Buy a turkey fryer and boil your wort outside. Its amazing what 155K BTUs will do to 5 gallons of cold water.

This one's pretty hoppy. I use 1 oz of Chinook for 5 gallons so it puts it up there.
