Home Workout

I saw the other thread about this but I can't post there because people are flaming him for being too tall. =/

So...here's mine.

I'm somewhere between 5'9 and 5'11 and I weighed about 140 pounds the last time I checked. I'd like to put on at least a little muscle and "tone" my "six pack." I've got a Gym membership but seeing as I don't have any mode of transportation at the moment, I need some decent exercises I can do at home. Also, if you have a "diet" plan, I'd give that a shot.

Any help is appreciated.

Google is yielding no results on Military pushups, I know I've heard of them, I just don't remember.

Also, I'd like to put a little muscle on my arms and thicken my forearms.

Get $30 and buy a 25 pound weight thing, and thats it. I got 2 of them and it works fine for me. Just 3 weeks of working out so far and i'm allready a whole lot stronger.

BTW: Diets aren't for me. I'm used to a traditional meal. Since in eastern europe we eat alot of food, its good for you man. I came to america and everyone is fvking obsessed with diets and sh1t.

Its good to eat a good meal of beef or pork with salad and everything, that is ofcourse if you work out afterwards and turn that all into muscle instead of fat.

If I was you, I would buy a incline/decline/ flat bench. Buy Some dumbells from what you usually lift at the gym and just do some basic exercises. You can get a complete workout with just dumbells and the right routine.
