I'm trying to use the @home smtp server to send my companies's email, but their support said they don't support it and it doesn't work? Is there away around this?

you need to sent the company files on the computer with or in network with @home modem

It will either be cnn.com or mail.cnn.com or something.

Let' me get this straight. Your at work, and you want to configure your email to send mail with the mail.home.com smtp ?

ok here's my problem. I have my own domain name(bluga.com), so i have my email as me@bluga.com. BUT my webhosting company only support POP server, No smtp server, so i have to use @home's server, but i'm having problem with it.

What error are you getting b/c I do the exact samet thing with @home and it works fine (or it used to anyways).

I'm using "mail" as smtp server, is this correct?

thats right - sometimes their mail servers crap out -keep that in mind, some areas more often than others. One thing that may help is putting the full domain name in, i.e.
mail.rcd1.on.wave.home.com
