What is the Max for @home uploading speed ? I can never get pass 15k/s. Is there a software out there that will let me increase the speed.

@home is capped at 128Kb/s upload speed. This works out to about 13KB/s. There are some minor tweaks that let you transmit slightly larger patckets (by upping your MTU) but it's really not going to give you too much more performance.
