Home Theater hookup question

I am moving into my new house in a few weeks and wonder what is the best way to put my components out of view yet still remote controllable, I have a Sony ES receiver, HD Tivo and DVD Player that I would like to put in the next room. Any tips? I don't want to spend a brazilian dollars.

you'd really have to give your budget on this one but it looks like you are going to have to go with RF instead of standard IR. You can go with a phillips pronto with the RF extender and use the remote just about anywhere you want. I personally have a Nevo SL with the RG45 adapter allowing me to use the remote anywhere my wireless network has signal. But as stated before this is going to really depend on budget and time/effort you want to put in.
