home speaker problems - please help

I have a 10 inch subwoofer that has the center of the cone pushed in. what is the best way to pull it out again? Thanks

Use stronger tape. If that doesn't help, use vacuum tube attachment.

Like the tape used on rollers to package boxes. Rip it off dont peel but of course be careful. Or with vaccuum attachment use your thumb and index finger to hold part of cone not sunken in and slide the attachment from left to right across center while pulling back slightly.

Im terms of performance, this dent will not affect the sound of your sub. It is a dustcover for the voice coil.

That being said, I bothers ne to no end seeing the dust cover smushed like that.

Duct tape is one option or you could actully peel the dust cap off push it out and re glue it on.
