Home PNA problem

I have two computers networked with Diamond's HomeFree's 10mbps phone line network. I use it to share files, printers, and a 56k dial-up. The problem is that I keep losing the ability to access the internet on the client machine. Both computers continue to see each other and file and print sharing still works but the client can't use the inrenet. If I re-install Windows on the client machine internet sharing works for a while and stops working within a day. Both machines are running Win98se. I'm open to any sggestions anyone might have. Thanks

Paul

What IP address does Your host PC use for HomeFree? Is it fixed or somehow changing after 24 hours? If it is changing, your client may not be adaptive enough to locate it by IP address. If it is fixed, try using the host's IP address as your client's "gateway" address in the TCP/IP settings.

Something is changing on a 24hour basis. DHCP will do that sort of thing.

Thanks JonB,
The IP of the host is fixed and is the gateway address. I have been re-installing Windows over itself but I guess I'm going to have to re-format and start over.
