Home PC with Server Chassis

I'm in the process of putting together a new i7 build, but i'm struggling to find a case that not only suits might needs but is also simple. I'm a huge fan of Cooler Master, but recently they have been doing more with perferated metal and personally I think this is bad because it makes proper cooling more difficult, as its harder to create positive pressure yet still direct airflow, as its escaping all over the place. I'm in love with the Cosmos line but I worry about thermal problems with the hard drive rack. If it wasn't for that, I would buy one now.

As an alternative, i'm throwing around the idea of using a server chassis such as the Supermicro CSE-733i-645B. Aesthetically I think its great, plus it seems to be built heavy duty, which is something that I find most consumer cases lacking. Is there any negative to using something like this for my home pc? Since these cases are designed for dual xeon boards, are their hardware compatibility differences I should worry about?

Don't worry about positive/negative pressure. It's a myth. Worry about getting the right speed fans, in the right place, blowing over the right areas. I can tell you right now that that case won't have very good cooling. one 90mm fan and a 120mm? That's sufficient for a non-OC'd i7 and midrange graphics, but it's not going to cool very well
