Home network (workgroup) with shared printer. How to give work computer (domain) access?

We have a wireless home network with shared printing/files using a workgroup. There is a laptop from work that is setup on a domain at work, how can I allow him to access a printer on our workgroup? Home network is WinXP, work computer is win2000.

i have been in the same position. pretty much use "my network places" and browse to the computer that has the printer. when you view that computer it will show any shared devices/files. there it should list the printer. double click on the printer and it will setup to work with your laptop.

If it works as is, Good.

Otherwise, leave the domain config as is, and configure the Alternate TCP/IP with the same parameters as your workgroup.
