Home network with Win2k and XP Pro...

I've been messing around with it for an hour or so. I've read the FAQs and stuff and nothing seems to work. I can't get the two computers to share files with each other or to even see the other computer on the network. Both computers are plugged into a hub.

Anyone have any suggestions? Or links to other guides to try? Most of the ones I looked at described 2k to 98/ME networks.
