Home Network Setup

I have one computer on Windows XP, one on Windows 2000 Professional, and two on Windows 98 Second Edition. I want to use internet connection sharing running on the Windows 2000 computer. I use the Intel PRO/DSL 2100 modem, would this be possible?

Add a network adapter to each system, buy a switch or hub and setup ICS or a third party proxie of some type on the system with the DSL modem.

The three most popular would probably be Sygate, Wingate and AnalogX. The first two are pay, the third is free. I've used Sygate in the past and loved it, but no experience with the other two.
