thats a bad driver. had that problem with my dell inspiron 530 when i moved to windows 7. well in my case its a bad nic because i threw in a pci nic and stopped using the onboard junk which eliminated that problem. at the time there was no driver fix available.. crappy dell.
I reset the drivers and the problem persists...any other ideas? It seems like a simple configuration that needs to be done but I am uncertain what it is...
