Hey there, I have two (three during the summer) computers on my home network. Mine on the second floor on one side of the house, and the other on the third floor on the other side. I was wondering if there is a small easy to use messaging client that I could use to type messages between the two.

I do not want to use aim or anything that I have to sign into. Preferably something that can always be on and is light on resources. If you know something that will do the trick, thanks!

You can use 'Chat' from the NT4 Workstation CD...if you can find it, its easy to uncompress it from the CD

Hey guys, I totally forgot that I created this thread till I wanted it again today. Checked out Fomine netsend, it is perfect! Thanks Jack and everyone else who made a suggestion! I should use remote desktop more often too, especially while an unsuspecting family member is working late at night.
