Hi,
In my house I have ran the cat5e cable to 4 rooms. The cable is run in such a way that one end of all the 4 cables end at one place so that I can hook up my router, while the other ends are at Living, Study, Bedroom1 and bedroom2. Now how do I test the wiring and make sure all is working well. I will not have internet connection until atleast next week. Is there anyway I could test the cabling without internet connection? :(
I have to test this before I sign-off the paperwork for closing. Any suggestion would be really helpful.

Why you need Internet connection to test Network Wires?

You need network to test Network Wire.

Two computers one of each side of the wire consist a Network, if you can transfer files it Works.

Click on Qcheck Download.

You have to give some personal info, but this Application really worth it.

Down load the Main program and a copy of the stand alone End Point.

Install the Master program on one computer (Main computer, or serve). Install the End point Client on all other computers on the Network.
