It's not that hard, the camera has a huge capacitor for the flash, you hook up the taser leads to that.

I got shocked by a disposable camera when my friend took off the protective case during and I touched the circuit board. HOLY $HIT that was a big shock.

I was at a gun show last weekend and a few booths had tasers and one had some kind of cattle prod type taser thing and they let you hold it and work it. i was surprised when i saw that, especially with all the people around.
