I'm looking to get an idea of how much of what is due each month is in principle, and how much is in interest. I want to see the effect of doing an extra payment here and there, and what amount borrowed makes for what payment over what term.

Any have these on hand?

They have a mortgage calculator that will give you the amortization and will allow you to include extra payments.
