I just recently signed up for comcast @home. Since i activated the service, i could not connect to the internet. I called tech support and they have gone over everything with me but could not find out the problem. I set up everything, tried all possiblities, but nothing. Then i heard that the @home service in verona NJ is experiencing problems. I am connected to that area. i was wondering if anyone here could verify that for me. Thanks
