Yup. Honey was used as an antibacterial agent as far back as ancient Egypt.

15. Balm for broken blisters ... To disinfect a broken blister, dab on a few drops of Listerine ... a powerful antiseptic.

And then proceed to scream like a little girl... god that would burn like hell. I'll use my half a cent worth of neosporin on my broken blisters, thank you.

Very interesting list.

11. Coca-Cola cure for rust ... Forget those expensive rust removers. Just saturate an abrasive sponge with Coca Cola and scrub the rust stain. The phosphoric acid in the coke is what gets the job done.

Exactly why I don't drink coke, bleh.

I heard that if you had an oil spot on your driveway, you can get rid of it by first saoking it up with kitty litter, and then scrubbing it away with coke. Never tried it myself though.

Don't forget to pee on your jellyfish stings. Hell, pee on anything that's bothering you I say.

The Discovery Channel website actually said it's false.

And what's ironic is that on Friends it was Joey who said he saw it on the Discovery channel..

I was going to make this same post when I read the one above but didn't realize this was an old thread 😱

Uh, did you not catch that his post was sarcastic?

Not to mention he used the word irony incorrectly. Or the fact that "Friends" is a freaking terrible show.
