Okay...update.
Just popped open a bottle last night after 1 week 6 days (couldn't wait for a full 2 weeks). Took a swig, tasted like beer but it was a little on the sweet side. Is this due to the priming sugars not fermenting all the way? And should I let it sit for longer to get rid of some of the sweetness? Also...I don't know what the exact alcohol content is as I didn't use my hydrometer on it, but it was more than our 3.2% stuff. You could taste the alcohol more than you can with Utah beer. If I let it ferment more, is it going to dramamtically increase the acohol content?
